Close your AssetTf account.
This closes access across every AssetTf product tied to your profile — betting, crypto, real estate, gold, and virtual cards. Read what happens below before you submit a request.
This can't be undone once processed. Any wallet balance, active stake, real estate holding, gold position, or virtual card must be withdrawn, sold, or closed first — we can't delete an account with an open balance or an active investment.
01What happens when you delete
- Your login, profile, and app access are closed immediately once processing completes.
- Marketing communications stop right away.
- Personal data is deleted or anonymised, except what we're required to keep — see below.
- Any linked virtual card is cancelled and cannot be reactivated.
02Before you request deletion
- Withdraw or transfer out any crypto, cash, or gold balance.
- Close or exit any real estate investment position.
- Settle any open bets and withdraw remaining funds.
- Spend down or withdraw your virtual card balance, then cancel the card in-app.
03What we keep, and for how long
Financial and betting regulation requires us to retain certain records even after deletion. This is the same retention described in our privacy policy.
